October 27, 2019 - Scott Brothers Visit Vado Speedway Park for USRA Fall Nationals
Friday night saw Johnny and Stormy Scott compete in the Open Wheel Modified ranks at Vado Speedway Park (Vado, New Mexico) for the 20th annual Rancho Milagro USRA Fall Nationals. In a stout field of 60 cars, Stormy started the night off with a heat race victory while Johnny came in 3rd. Transferring into the B-Main for another shot at the preliminary feature, Johnny captured a 15-lap consolation victory. Locking the Top-5 finishers into Sunday’s main event, Stormy posted a 6th place finish while Johnny recorded a 7th place spot.

Returning on Friday evening, both Johnny and Stormy streaked to an 8-lap heat race victory, securing their spot into the final preliminary feature. Needing to place in the Top-5, Stormy edged his way into the finale with a 5th place finish behind R.C. Whitwell, Bobby Pierce, Rodney Sanders, and Jake O’Neil. Johnny was an early retiree from the 25-lapper.

Starting on the pole of his B-Main on Sunday, Johnny cruised to a 20-lap B-Main win which positioned him 11th on the starting grid for the $20,101-to-win A-Main. Coming one spot shy of a Top-5 finish in the 50-lap affair, Johnny passed five cars to place 6th. Stormy dropped three spots in the main event, logging a 13th place outing.

October 19, 2019 - Stormy Walks Away Uninjured in Wreck at Portsmouth Raceway Park
Wrapping up the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series season, Stormy Scott was one of 66 cars on hand at Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) on Friday evening for the 39th annual Rhino Ag Dirt Track World Championship. Transferring into the B-Main on Saturday, Stormy notched a runner-up finish behind Scott Bloomquist, earning him the 19th-starting position for the $100,000-to-win A-Main. Getting flipped on his roof on the fourth lap, Scott was able to walk away uninjured from the rollover.

October 12, 2019 - Lucas Oil Brings Competitors to Dixie for Dixie Shootout
Saturday night found Stormy and Johnny Scott in action at Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned Dixie Shootout. Drawing 39 cars, Stormy fell one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a 5th place finish while Johnny came in 9th. Needing a 3rd place finish or better in their B-Main to make the $12,000-to-win A-Main, Johnny came short with a 5th place finish while Stormy captured a 12-lap consolation victory. October 5, 2019 - Scott Brothers Follow LOLMDS to Ohio and Pennsylvania
Stormy and Johnny Scott returned with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at Raceway 7 (Conneaut, Ohio) on Friday night for the Great Lakes 50. In a field of 32 cars, Stormy edged his way into the opening night feature with a 4th place finish in his heat while Johnny came in 5th. Streaking to a 12-lap consolation victory, Johnny earned the 18th-starting position for the A-Main. Stormy improved one spot to place 12th while Johnny passed one car, logging a 17th place outing. The following night at Pittsburgh PA. Motor Speedway (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) for the 31st annual Pittsburgher 100, Stormy posted a 3rd place finish in his heat which positioned him 10th on the starting grid for the $20,000-to-win finale. Johnny followed up a 5th place finish in his heat with a runner-up spot in his B-Main behind Tyler Erb. Stormy was an early retiree from the 100-lap on lap 63 while Johnny posted a 16th place finish.
